Who can order<\/h2>\n<p>You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. We currently sell to customers in Canada and the United States.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Personalized products<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Your photos and text:<\/strong> by uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that you have permission from the people shown (or their parent or guardian for anyone under 18).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Permission to print:<\/strong> you give us and our print partner a limited licence to use your content only to make, ship and service your order. You keep all rights to your photos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Content we won&#8217;t print:<\/strong> we may refuse or cancel, with a full refund, any order containing content that infringes someone else&#8217;s rights (such as copyrighted characters, logos or professional photos without permission), or that is hateful, explicit, harassing, unlawful or inappropriate involving minors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Photo check:<\/strong> we review photos before printing and will contact you if one is unlikely to print well. Final appearance still depends on the photo you provide.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Colours and sizes:<\/strong> screens and printed fabric show colour differently, and personalized items are made individually, so small variations in colour, placement and size are normal and are not defects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Drops<\/h2>\n<p>Drops are limited designs made in a set quantity, shown on each drop page. When a drop sells out, it will not be restocked. We may limit how many of a drop one customer can buy so more people get a chance.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Prices, taxes and payment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless another currency is displayed. The total, including shipping and applicable taxes, is shown before you pay.<\/li>\n<li>We charge sales tax where we are required to.<\/li>\n<li>If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we&#8217;ll contact you before processing the order and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.<\/li>\n<li>Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we don&#8217;t store full card details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Orders and cancellations<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email, which includes a copy of the order details and these terms.<\/li>\n<li>Because personalized items are made to order, you can cancel or change an order only until it goes into production. Contact us as soon as possible; if production hasn&#8217;t started, we&#8217;ll cancel and refund in full.<\/li>\n<li>If we can&#8217;t fulfil an order (for example, a drop sold out at the same moment), we&#8217;ll refund you in full.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Shipping and delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Delivery estimates are shown before you pay and in your confirmation email. They are our best estimate, not a guarantee, because production and carrier times can vary, especially in December. If we fail to deliver within 30 days after the delivery date we gave you, you may cancel and receive a full refund, as Ontario consumer law provides. Full details are in our <a href=\"\/help\/shipping\/\">Shipping and Returns policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>7. The Keep-It Guarantee and returns<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Damaged, misprinted or defective items:<\/strong> tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem, and we&#8217;ll reprint it free. You don&#8217;t need to return the item.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Not happy with how a personalized item turned out:<\/strong> one free remake per item, with a new photo or layout, if requested within 30 days of delivery.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Change of mind:<\/strong> because items are made to order, we don&#8217;t accept returns or give refunds for change of mind, except where the law requires it.<\/li>\n<li>Remakes are limited to one per item, and to the same product. We may decline claims that appear fraudulent or abusive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8. Emails<\/h2>\n<p>We&#8217;ll send emails about your order. We&#8217;ll only send marketing emails, such as drop alerts and gift ideas, if you&#8217;ve agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Reviews and content you post<\/h2>\n<p>If you post a review, you give us permission to display it on our site. Reviews must be honest, about a real purchase, and must not include other people&#8217;s personal information. We don&#8217;t edit reviews to change their meaning, and we don&#8217;t hide negative reviews unless they break these rules.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Our content<\/h2>\n<p>The Keepish name, logo, designs (including drop designs), photos and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or resell them without our written permission.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Using the site<\/h2>\n<p>Please don&#8217;t misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it, interfere with other customers or use it for anything unlawful.<\/p>\n<h2>12. Liability<\/h2>\n<p>We&#8217;ll always do what we&#8217;ve promised in these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under consumer protection legislation.<\/p>\n<h2>13. Governing law<\/h2>\n<p>These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live elsewhere, you also keep any mandatory protections given by the law where you live.<\/p>\n<h2>14. Changes<\/h2>\n<p>We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.<\/p>\n<h2>15.
